I meet my man Yaw through my sister who told me about her homegirl's boyfriend who could rhyme. Now the problem with people telling me things like "I know such a such and they can rhyme" is 9 times outta 10...they can't. But she passed me his mixtape "Entry Level" and the jawn was actually dope. Me & Yaw eventually met about two years later at my sister's BBQ up in the Bronx and we chopped it for a good minute about hip hop and linking up and working on some music together. Fast forward another year and change and after having Yaw on a rack of my Corner Radio podcasts he finally came through the crib to record to one of the bangers off my Through the Wire project called "Powder." And you already know that whenever somebody records at the crib, I've got to shoot one of my "Process" videos breaking down their writing process.
