The Best of 70's Blaxploitation Mixtape

Posted On Friday, July 22, 2022

Ya'll know me...not too much music wise excites me nowadays. But the one group who I ALWAYS get hype for is Camp Lo. And before ya'll get started, trust me, I'm on my Sunshine Anderson jawn cause "I've heard it all before." I know, I know...what are they talking about, why do they dress like that...blah, blah, blah. I mean, come on ya'll, who cares? These dude are dope! Their flows are crazy, the beats they pick are bananas and Geechi has one of the ILLEST voices in hip hop! What else do cats want? Yeah, you need a Camp Lo for Dummies Book if you wanna know the inner workings of the Camp Lo lingo but for me dope beats and dope flows are enough to keep me coming back for more. And then you got the cats saying these dudes fell off but like Dre said, nigga how they fall off, their last album was"80 Blocks From Tiffany's Part 2" produced by Pete Rock which was BONKERS! And trust me, when I say I don't expect anything less from their new album "Ragtime Hightimes" with their "Uptown Saturday Night" producer Ski behind the boards dropping next week. But for those cats who sleep on the Camp, bang out to my best of Camp Lo "Best of 70's Blaxploitation" mixtape and still try to front on these dudes when you're done. Salute.
